Mission is to create a unique model of the woman athlete and sport leader as a positive example for young girls in sport with the universal Olympic values of the future successful people.

The importance of the project is reflected in the enrichment and affirmation of the values and the knowledge of the female sport and the influence of the sport activities on woman, as well as the influence on the development of the sport culture nation that will allow and value full joining of the women into all aspects of sport, as well as greater participation of women in all boards of sport organizations which is the final goal of the IOC.
